Project Goal
UX project manager responsible for delivering a new piece of software for ETI (Education Training Inspectorate) . The software will replace an old legacy system which was responsible for inspecting, monitoring and reporting some 1500 – 2000 institutions spread across all boards and districts in Northern Ireland. This includes primary, post-primary, FE, University and youth clubs etc.
Solution
Web and desktop app designed to modernise the inspection paper-based process into a digital approach to inspections and provide a user friendly data rich source for inspectors to carry out their duties.
