Project Goal
Using the UX design process to understand the objectives of CCEA and how best to serve the target audience. I put myself in the shoes of the end user to know the motivations and pain points that users have. By comprehending the psychology of the user, as well as applying UX best practices, it's possible to provide them with a positive and memorable experience.
Solution
Updated navigation structure based on UX research to reflect the stages of learning in the Northern Ireland Curriculum, from pre-school through to Key Stage 4 and post-16, and linked these to learners’ ages for ease of use.
Designed and implemented simplified user interface with Content and resources tagged to make it easier for the user to find what’s relevant to them.
